If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returns must be confirmed in writing or by phone within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
We would advise you to send return items by a registered/insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for losses while in return transit. Items must be returned unused in original packaging with tags still intact and item(s) fit for resale.
If goods are defective in any way, please return them immediately and we will either deliver a new item(s) to you or offer a full refund. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please also retain original packaging for any items damaged in transit as the delivery service will normally inspect damaged shipments.
A full refund for the price of goods (less shipping costs) will be issued within 5 working days from the date of return. If the initial order value qualified for free shipping and the returned item reduces the order value below the free shipping limit then a refund less the cost of shipping will be issued. If the item you are returning is faulty, or was sent in error, then we will refund the cost of the item and also the postage costs.
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-refundable.
