Placing an Order

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is not needed to order from our website, you can checkout as a guest. However if you would like to view your order history and other details, it's best to create an account.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

We offer a free gift wrapping service on all orders, just click the gift wrapping option during checkout.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make a change to your order, you can get in touch with us via our contact page, or by phone on 042 932 9513, and let us know what changes you want to make. Please remember to have your name and order details ready.
If the order has not already been dispatched, then we can make changes and send out the updated order.
Similarly, if you need to change your delivery address or any other order details, please get in touch as soon as you can with the updated information.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to process all website orders as quickly as possible, and once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order until the items have been returned. For this reason it is best to get in touch with us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.


Making a payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Why was my payment declined?

Your card payment can be declined for a number of reasons, but the most common cause is incorrect card details (card number, expiry date, security code, etc...). Your bank may also have refused it for security reasons, or you may have insufficient funds in your account.
If you contact your bank or credit card provider, they will be able to explain why the payment was declined.


Deliveries

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to customers worldwide, and you can see a full list of our delivery rates on our Delivery Information page.
Please note that customers in certain countries may incur customs duties or other charges, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.

What are your delivery times & fees?

Our delivery fees and delivery times vary according to the delivery address. For a more in depth breakdown, please see our Delivery Information page.

What if my order has not been delivered?

If you have not received your order within the promised time frame, please click here to get in touch and we will resolve the issue for you. Remember to provide us with the relevant order details (Name, Address, Order Ref) so that we can quickly process your enquiry.


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Can I exchange an item?

If you find that an item you bought is not what you expected, you can exchange it for another item of similar value. Click here to view our contact page, and send us the details of your order, and what you would like to exchange.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item, or a damaged item?

It is important to check the condition of your items as soon as your order is delivered. If there is a faulty item, or an is item missing, please get in touch with us straight away and we will arrange either a refund, or a replacement. Any delivery costs you incur due to a faulty or missing product will also be refunded.

How do I return an item?

Online purchases can be returned by post or by courier. We recommend that you use a courier or registered post as we will not be responsible for any returns that are lost in transit. Please also include your delivery docket which will contain your order details.
Any items you return must be in the original packing with tags still attached.

Do you refund delivery charges?

If you have changed your mind and want to return a product you ordered, delivery charges are not refunded. All refunds will be processed minus the delivery fee you paid when placing your order.

How do I get my refund?

When your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email to let you know that your refund has been approved.
It may take 3-5 working days for your refund to appear, depending on the original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 5 working days, please contact us for further assistance.
