I enquired via a Facebook pm message last Thursday night at 10.30pm about pom pom hats....I couldn't believe when I got an immediate reply! I ordered the hats the next morning.....paid over the phone.....the hats were in the post by lunchtime on Friday and I just received them today (Tuesday) even though yesterday was a bank holiday!
